Prickle Chain Harrows are used to level the soil surface following a tillage operation. They are especially effective in situations where stubble residue is still present. The chains roll and gently pack the soil while leveling ridges and filling furrows. Straw and weed material are lifted to the surface and left as a mulch. The mulch also acts to slow down wind and water movement over the soil surface, creating a zone of zero velocity that protects the soil from erosion. The mulch is eventually converted to soil organic carbon and is vital for the continued health and productivity of the soil. Prickle Chain Harrows are excellent tools for incorporating soil-applied herbicides like Trifluralin and for lightly incorporating manure.

The New Holland P1070 Air Cart was launched for larger air carts to match the efficiency of larger air drills, does anyone have any reviews?
I have problems with bearing moving out of the housing. This causes the plate to overload then lock up. In turn the roll pin breaks and the unit screws down tight causing the unit to fail. Is anyone else having this problem?
