Broad-spectrum grass control in pulse, flax, canola and other broadleaf crops.
Discover why we call SELECT® the "no-hassle herbicide."
When it's time to control grassy weeds in pulse, flax, canola and other broadleaf crops, don't complicate things. Use the herbicide that works, the first time, every time - genuine SELECT®, the no-hassle herbicide.
SELECT is a proven post-emergent herbicide that controls all the toughest grassy weeds in several broadleaf crops. Pulse, flax and canola crops are poor weed competitors in the seedling stage. Make sure you give them the best start possible with genuine SELECT Herbicide from Arysta LifeScience North America.

The mission of the Pioneer Canola Research team is to be the leader in the development of competitive, differentiated canola seed products for all relevant world markets. Conventional genetic techniques, combined with biotechnology, are utilized in achieving this mission. Canola research goals are aimed at meeting the growing demand for canola grain, oil and meal worldwide. The goals of the Pioneer Canola Research team are to:
- Improve harvestable yield and yield stability.
- Reduce crop losses, use grower inputs more efficiently, reduce production risk, and simplify crop management.
- Create more value and new uses for canola by improving the quality of the grain produced.
Leading-edge technology is applied in all phases of product development. Researchers are focused on increasing yield and oil content; integrating herbicide tolerance; improving pest resistance, stress tolerance and harvestability; and delivering products with the range of maturities needed in key canola markets worldwide. Researchers work to:
- Develop hybrid canola products that are high yielding and cost effective to produce.
- Develop canola products for a full range of market needs.
- Incorporate and use leading-edge technologies in product development.
- Increase the number of experimental varieties and hybrids evaluated per year.
- Incorporate herbicide, disease and pest resistance into high-yielding varieties and hybrids to protect yield.
- Improve harvestability and stress tolerance to reduce grower risk and simplify management.
- Increase winter nursery use to quickly meet market needs and to speed overall product development cycles.
- Vigorously protect intellectual property.
Highlights of Pioneer Canola Research: Hybrid Development - Pioneer continues to put tremendous effort into the development of canola hybrids. The goal is to deliver high-performing canola hybrids that improve customer profitability. Wide-Area Testing - Each year, to measure performance of experimental products in many different environments, Pioneer canola researchers plant more than 100,000 yield test plots in seven countries. Thousands of new crosses are made each year to assure a steady flow of elite products with the packages of traits that fit customer needs. Herbicide Resistance - Pioneer canola researchers are developing varieties with resistance to herbicides that give customers more cost-effective and efficacious options for weed control. Disease Resistance - Laboratory and field researchers work together to improve canola's resistance to diseases such as blackleg, Sclerotinia and clubroot. Pioneer field pathologists and molecular biology specialists have made tremendous progress leading to the launch of the first Sclerotinia tolerant and the first clubroot resistant canola hybrids in North America for 2009 planting. Improving Harvestability & Stress Tolerance - Pioneer researchers are leading the way in developing canola hybrids with improved harvest flexibility and reduced harvest losses, and improved tolerance to cold, drought and heat stress. This includes the development of canola-quality Brassica juncea hybrids suited to areas of North America that are marginal for Brassica napus production. The overall goal of work in this area is to increase harvestable yield, reduce risk and simplify grower management.

The Lumbar pillow is the result of 20 years research to support the whole body against stress, tiredness, lower back pain and fatigue.
This pillow is a must for people who spend a lot of time driving or seated as it helps to hold mental alertness.
We constructed it with foam and a radionics plate that has been enhanced to increase zero point energy and paramagnatism,
Two elements that remove stress from the body, and give a feeling of well being, it is covered in terry cloth for comfort.
The cover can be removed for washing using a Velcro opening.
Everyone that have used our pillow are impressed with the results. The flat side goes to the back of the seat.
